Rewarding opportunity in the petrochemical industry sector, for an experienced Reliability Engineer with a BSc Eng or B.Eng degree
This is an Affirmative Action appointment for South African females only.
RELIABILITY ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sound working knowledge of engineering equipment and maintenance processes
Ability to conduct data analysis, bad actor reporting & improvement plans
Understand equipment risks which could effect operations
Reliability reporting
Conduct RCA investigations & compliance
Conduct asset performance tool studies
Implement equipment maintenance strategies
Promote the utilisation of effective and efficient reliability practices
Ensure that processes are understood by all role players
Units include: pressure vessels, safety valves, piping/pipelines
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
B.Eng /BSc Eng (Mechanical / Electrical/Instrumentation / Industrial )
Post Graduate qualification (advantageous but not essential) Minimum of 8 years' experience OR 5 years' experience with a Masters Degree, in a maintenance or engineering field
